At RSK Real Estate Partners Hannah Ripkey is responsible for sourcing and closing new investments and overseeing each project through stabilization and disposition, primarily in the build-to-rent space.

Prior to joining RSK Real Estate Partners, Hannah was a Senior Associate in Allstate’s Real Estate Equity Group where she made fund and direct investments on Allstate’s behalf into niche asset classes. In this role, she helped manage Allstate’s real estate portfolio, primarily lending her expertise to their separate accounts portfolio where she focused on their non-stabilized properties and dispositions. Hannah began her career working in student housing development with CA Ventures where she spent 5 years on their investments team. On this team, Hannah closed over $2B in student housing development projects at major universities across the country. Throughout her tenure at CA, Hannah was responsible for sourcing land, underwriting, securing lender and equity approvals, and brining all partners to a full close. Simultaneously, she was responsible for managing the engineers and architects on each project as well as securing the necessary entitlements from local governments. She received her Bachelor of Arts Degree in Economics from the University of Wisconsin in 2017.

Hannah resides in Chicago and enjoys spending time outside, reading, traveling, and escaping to Wisconsin on weekends to race sailboats and play tennis. Hannah is on the board of the Illinois Chapter of Gift of Adoption and active in Real Estate Finance Forum.

 

Gregg Erickson is a well-respected homebuilding executive with over 25 years in the home building industry. Recently, Erickson cofounded National Home Corporation, a regional builder focused on the entry level market. He assembled a back-office Team based in Atlanta that supported six divisions in FL, NC, AL, and TX. Erickson has extensive operational knowledge of design, field operations, procurement, sales, customer experience and BTR.

Previously, he served as the Corporate Director of Purchasing and Permitting for Wade Jurney Homes. He transitioned to Century Communities’ Century Complete business unit where he served in the same capacity. His focus centered around operational readiness. During his 9-year tenure Erickson was a leader that drove organizational growth, both in units and revenue. He and the Executive Team expanded operations from Greensboro, NC to 18 divisions around the Southeast, South, Southwest, and Central regions of the country. Wade Jurney Homes was awarded the Fastest Growing Builder 4 times in 8 years.

A graduate of the University of Wisconsin at Madison with BA degrees in Economics and International Relations. He holds a GC license in the state of North Carolina.

Erickson, a Wisconsin native, now resides in Atlanta, GA with his wife Margaret, daughter Meisha and their family dog Ziggi. In his free time, he enjoys the outdoors, cooking and traveling for his daughter’s competitive dance team.

 
 
 

Neil Joshi's professional investing career spans over three decades and encompasses a variety of asset classes, strategies and senior roles. He began his career in 1993 as a volatility trader for Apollo Trading, where he launched and built out the European division that was later bought by Bear Stearns and subsequently became the core of its European Equity Derivatives Trading Business. Neil currently resides in Chicago with his wife and two children. He is a member of the YPO Organization, and one of the founders of GNO, a business organization that provides a platform for members to engage with each other and outside experts on topics of interest and urgency. Mr. Joshi earned an MBA in Finance, Strategy, and Entrepreneurship from The University of Chicago, Booth School of Business in 2000, and a BA in Biology and Economics from The University of Chicago in 1993.
