Vice President of Development
As the Vice President of Real Estate Development, you will be at the forefront of shaping the future of Houston's real estate market. You will play a pivotal role in our company's growth, leading the development and execution of multifamily build-to-rent projects. Your expertise in real estate development, market knowledge, and leadership will be instrumental in achieving our ambitious goals. As a key position in the organization, the VP of Real Estate Acquisitions & Development will have demonstrated experience and expertise across residential real estate Acquisitions, Construction, and Development. Residential RE Development Intern
This internship will provide hands-on exposure to the entire real estate development process, from initial site selection, underwriting, getting entitlements, project/construction management to stabilization and property management. You will be expected to contribute well-thought-out and high value-add insights to various projects, making a real impact on the communities we serve and the profitability of the firm. For high performers, this Internship can be a launch point for opportunities in our rapidly growing company. *Strong analytical and research skills required.
Contstruction Manager
This position is primarily responsible for managing all on-site development activities. Reviews projects that RSK may purchase, manages processes to get necessary approvals, manages engineers’ work, bids and awards contracts to subcontractors, and ensures developments come in on time and within budget. Supervision of the project and managing contractors.
